No, you do not need a referral; simply contact us to arrange your appointment and we’ll be happy to assist you.

While OHIP does not cover our services, many insurance plans do cover Foot Care provided by nurses. Still, we advise you to verify the specifics of your coverage with your insurance provider before scheduling an appointment with us. Additionally, some medical services may qualify as deductible medical expenses on your income taxes.

Yes, it does! As of July 1st 2023, all “Foot Care Services provided by a Nurse at a Community Nursing Station” are now covered for up to 500$ every calendar year. Clinics are considered “Community Nursing Stations” under the new definitions of the coverage policy.

There are many ways to reach us. Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email and in-person. Online booking is also available through Jane.

Please note that for all appointments, we require a valid credit card to secure your booking. This helps us enforce our cancellation policy in the event of a no-show, to our practitioners’ time and livelihood.

We understand that in today’s technology era, providing credit card details can be uncomfortable for some individuals. To address this concern, we offer an alternative way to secure your appointment: a non-refundable direct deposit of $80. This deposit will serve as a “cancellation fee” paid in advance, ensuring that our schedule is respected and appointments are honored.

Please feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any further questions, and we will be happy to assist you.

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring appointment changes. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and respect for our practitioners’ time, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a flat fee of $80.
  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
  • All cancellations must be done by phone or email.

While not mandatory, we strongly encourage patients to remove any shellac, nail polish and gel polish on their toenails before an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a nail polish removal fee of $15, as it takes additional time and materials to properly remove before treatment.

The frequency of routine foot care appointments can vary depending on your specific needs. However, most individuals benefit from scheduling appointments every 6 to 8 weeks. Our Foot Care nurses will assess your foot health and recommend an appropriate schedule based on your requirements.

During your first appointment, our Foot Care nurses will comprehensively examine your feet and discuss any worries or symptoms you may be experiencing. Our nurse will then initiate treatment and provide you with valuable education on how to properly care for your feet at home.
